Mia Dress Shop, Hong Kong

I am insanely in love with Mia Dress Shop! Mia is a freelance fashion & jewelery designer from Hong Kong. She creates handmade items mostly, but also sells a collection of vintage accessories.
I was amazed with how many different items she sells. Normally when I am looking for clothing, I am quite picky. I could honestly say, everything in her shop, I would wear.
She is amazing in her craft & has quite a eye for fabulous vintage items.

Take some time to browse through her shop & become a fan on Facebook

Busy, Busy, Busy!

The title of this blog says it all, I have been swamped. I am cutting back this month on photo sessions to get all caught up. The past few weeks have been stressful & I learned that as a business owner, you don't get much time to deal with things that come up in life & healing from those sad events that occur, you have to just simply turn your heart & mind off continuing to keep on trucking until you have time to come back to properly heal.
I have been working on wedding photos from the Cooper wedding for the last few weeks & I am finally finished. I was so very proud of this shoot & I just love the family.
I went to school with the Maid of Honor, who is also the Grooms sister. Karissa has been a huge help getting my business exposed & I am so very thankful she introduced me to Laurinda & Logan, they are truly awesome people.
Above are a few of my favorite shots from the wedding I thought I would share.

Handmade Kindness. Nelsonville, Oh

Handmade Kindness is a vintage boutique selling both handmade clothing by Ronda Green & other vintage items such as fabrics, jewelry, pottery, & anything both her & her husband find at auctions around the area.
Ronda has designed clothing beginning at a very young age being the talk of her hometown because of her amazing talent designing clothing & accessories for herself & friends.
She is an old soul supporting two beautiful babies while also being a devoted wife to her husband helping him with his business. With her busy schedule of stitching threads for her eBay & ETSY stores, she also home schools her oldest daughter while also spending lots of time taking Irie to rehearsals for local plays & activities the community provides. It is absolutely amazing to me how she balances her career & home life so well.
Please take the time to check out one of the hardest working mothers I know & one of my very best friends creations by visiting her sites listed below.

Craft Couture. New Lexington, Oh

Craft Couture is another fantastic boutique created by a hard working mama & wife, Dominique Russell. I have had the pleasure to photograph some of Dominique's items & as always they are crafted beautifully. Her Top Hats are simply adorable with the gorgeous arrangement of accessories she adds to the mix.
Dominique's edgy yet elegant vintage style makes her products unique & fresh.

On Gossamer Wings. Hurst, Texas

Angelia Doyle's business, On Gossamer Wings out of Hurst, Tx, caught my eye with the gorgeous wings she makes. I have yet to find wings as detailed and glamorous as these!
Of course they would be great for Halloween, but can you imagine having these around as photography props for adults. If you are more in to a creative style of photography, I suggest you add Angelia's shop to your Esty!

21 Third St. Couture. Philo, Ohio

I absolutely love this shop! I was looking around at Mamma's Market on Facebook one day & seen a post from Kendra Plant's page, 21 Third Street Couture. Her silky pink romper for girls was so unique catching my eye. The lace rompers are everywhere & Kendra stepped out of the norm designing something even better. Looking around more, I also discovered she created items for boys. I see a lot of shops for girls items & as a photographer, I really need props for boys because it's like they get left out. I have photographed Kendra's items as well & her products are nothing less then perfect!
Kendra is a hard working wife & mother of two who just opened up her boutique on Maple Ave. behind Coco Couture here in Zanesville, Oh selling her unique items. She's always creating with her ideas of fresh and new styles that other shops can only imitate.
